Braillo 600 SR2
The Braillo 600 SR2 braille embosser is meant for continuous, large volume braille production. This embosser is unique, as it uses paper rolls instead of continuous tractor feed paper. Using paper rolls helps to save money on paper expenses, minimises downtime associated with loading paper, and eliminates the need for a burster and its operator. This allows for extended, uninterrupted production.
Each roll yields roughly 15,000 braille sheets (30,000 interpoint pages), with braille embossed on both sides of each sheet. This enables the user to run at full production for 1 roll per day without having to load paper into the embosser. A single roll can run for nearly eight hours, and embossed documents are separated by a blank sheet, making them easy to retrieve, organise and bind. After text is brailled, a built-in paper cutter cuts the paper and releases it to the stacker. When the stacker is full (holding up to 1,000 sheets), a sensor stops the machine so the cut and stacked braille documents can be removed.
The Braillo 600 SR2 is built with high-end components and is designed to maintain optimal braille quality throughout long production runs.
