How do I know if my Snow 12 is compatible?
In order to know if your Snow 12 will be compatible with the Snow Eye – check the serial number on the sticker on your device. All Snow 12 serial numbers starts with the numbers 77951. If the two numbers that follow are 18, it is the new version that can be perfectly connected with Snow Eye. If it the next digits are 15, it is the old version and you may have issues when trying to connect. Issues currently experienced on older versions – connection not stable, the Snow Eye may disconnect or freeze with reconnection needed.
