The Beeping Liquid Level Indicator is a pocket-size device that aids visually impaired individuals in pouring liquids. Using the device is simple: Simply place the Liquid Level Indicator on the rim of a mug, pour the liquid, and listen for the beeping tone. The unit beeps rapidly as the liquid nears the top and has a long beep once the cup is full.
Sturdy and durable, the Beeping Liquid Level Indicator can be used on a variety of kitchenware such as mugs, cups and pots. The prongs secure the device in place, and the indicator is lightweight enough to prevent even small cups from tipping over. The device is powered by two AAA batteries that are included with your purchase.

Important
- It is recommended that you test the unit with cold water before each use, to ensure the device has sufficient battery capacity to operate properly.
- You can use a damp cloth to clean the probes, but please note that the unit must never be immersed in liquid as it is not sealed and the electronics will be damaged.
- Do not immerse the prongs into hot water for too long (no longer than 15 seconds).

How to use the Beeping Liquid Level Indicator
First, slide two AAA batteries into the bottom of the indicator. Next, hang the device on the rim of your glass or mug, with both prongs reaching down into the cup.
Start to pour your drink. When pouring hot liquids, you might notice that the steam will cause the indicator to chirp, but this can be ignored. The sound you are listening for is a clear beeping tone that tells you the probes have detected liquid.
The unit beeps rapidly as the liquid nears the top and has a long beep once the cup is full. At this point you can stop pouring and remove the indicator. Simply wipe the indicator off with a damp cloth and you’re done!
